Came Back!!

I lived at Parkside back around 2015 and stayed 4 years. I am back here again and love it!! Our caretaker doesn't let a crumb get on the floor. So clean and fresh. I highly recommend Parkside to anyone looking.

Love it here!

I love the peace and quiet of my apartment and living next to the park is great for my daily walks and the wonderful view! Maintenance has been very attentive to my very few needs. I plan to be here for a very long time!

Great Location

I love the location. The grounds are kept very well. Close to stores, Mall, and Lake. My apartment is spacious with lots of storage space in the apartments. The staff are nice, and the maintenance crew are great.

Maintenance and Staff

Although I've only needed maintenance twice in 7 years of living at Parkside, both times (today, most recently) they have been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They even moved my things back that I had to move for them to get at the work. I couldn't be happier. Also, the office staff is just as prompt and professional to deal with, which made the whole process smooth. Thank you, Team Parkside!!

Amazing response to Maintenance Request

I phoned the Parkside office to see about a maintenance issue. During reduced office hours, I had to leave a voicemail concerning our failing A/C unit. I made the call from a friend's home and when I arrived home less than 90 minutes later, maintenance had already arrived to diagnose the issue and replace the unit with a new A/C unit. Super responsible management! Thank you Parkside, once again!

Great place to live

I enjoyed my 2 years that I lived at Parkside. My apartment style home was unique and spaces. The Parkside staff was always very friendly and easy to get a hold of if I had any issues. I moved out only because of medical reasons otherwise I would still be there! I give them 5 stars . Thanks for the 2 years I lived there

Highly recommend.

Have lived with Parkside for a year now. We will be resigning for another due to our experience. The staff helping us have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The pool, gym, and grills are nice benefits. Maintenance staff have been quick and self-service through their management software has been convenient. Highly recommend.

Great value for the monthly rent!

We love Parkside Apartments! Our apartment has a ton of natural light, we have a walk in closet, and is pretty spacious for a one bedroom. The laundry facility and trash chute is centrally located on every floor. One underground stall is included in your rent. French Creek Regional Park is steps away with a private trail that enters the park from Parkside. Great value for the monthly rent!

The staffs are amazing.

This is my second year at park side apt and I love it. The staffs are amazing. They treat you with respect and everything in the apartments are well maintained. I’ll stay here until I get a home.

Great Place To Live

Myself and my husband have lived here for a year and half. If you have had issues with noisy apartments, it's not here. Never hear anyone through the walls and only sometimes in the hallways. It's clean, smells good. Professional. Helpful. I really have nothing bad to say about the place.

Great Place to Live!

We have lived at Parkside since 2014 and we love it! We have gotten to know some of the residents and the staff. We enjoy the gatherings that are planned by the staff and the atmosphere is great! For the most part, residents are quiet and respectful of others. When we have a concern or something needs to be fixed, it is addressed almost immediately. We plan on staying at Parkside for quite a while. It is our home and we feel safe and welcomed by everyone.

Four Year Resident LOVES Parkside

I cannot say enough good things about Parkside. The location is excellent, the setting is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained and the staff are wonderful all around. Though the units are older, the staff are always helpful in addressing most any issue and it remains a great value. I am always grateful coming home to the natural setting, the views and the quiet area. Parkside is also making a lot of strides toward coaxing their residents to a healthier lifestyle and works hard to keep the buildings and units smoke-free. I think people struggle sometimes with the smoke-free requirement but all-in-all people are generally trying to be respectful of others and it is usually not a major issue. So happy here and highly recommend!

Great Communication by Staff

We are always kept up to date with the events going on at Parkside. There are several ways that we are informed; by phone, email, or notices posted of anything that is going on in the apartment building. That kind of communication makes me feel that everyone is important. .

Maintenance

We have lived here for about 10 months and find the response of maintenance team great. We needed some items fixed and they got on it right away. We have also appreciated the heated parking and car wash stall. Thank you again

Very well maintained and beautiful place to live!

I moved into Parkside this past spring and I have to say I am very impressed with how well they maintain the yard, pool, and building here. This is my first apartment and I was worried because I have a large dog, and I have always heard my friends and family who live in apartments complain about how I takes weeks for them to send someone to fix a problem. Here at Parkside they respond immediately and have such amazing and friendly staff. I also love the paths and the yard around the buildings so I'm able to take my dog on short walks, with the luxury of clean up stations for my dogs mess. Above all I think the apartments are so cute and have large windows that allow us to use less electricity and the price is just right. We searched many places and debated applying but after seeing Parkside we knew right away! Come check it out I promise you wont be disappointed, even my large dog who has lived in houses for 5 years adapted immediately!

welcome home!

I have only been here 3 months, but I would recommend this place to anyone. The residents and staff alike have all been friendly and very helpful. When I've needed something fixed in my apartment, the staff have been on top of it right away. There is just a real sense of community and home here which you wouldn't expect due to the vast size of the complex. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Great and safe place to live

Love it here!!

Absolutely beautiful grounds! Very peaceful and quiet even while living in the dog building :) Love that I can feed and watch the birds from my balcony! Great community living, people are very friendly :)

A luxury building in an upscale vicinity - priceless!

It's very quiet and literally oozes serenity when you come home. The maintenance and upkeep are superb and the owners, Stuartco, realize the impact that superlative upgrades can make to an already beautiful apartment community. The on-site management works very hard to provide the very best and most accommodating service to residents.

I feel comfortable living there, even by myself.

Rent is decently priced. They don't make you pay a ridiculous dog deposit and then keep it all. The apartments are older and a little run down but nothing I can't get over for the location and price. The neighborhood is great and clean and safe.
